Enhance and develop the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources' Website

Based on the efforts of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources to develop its website, and its keenness to involve its employees and customers in decision-making. The Authority will hold a virtual brainstorming session with its employees and will send a questionnaire to its customers to receive their opinions and development feedbacks for the improving the website and the electronic services provided through it; To provide better and easier services.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority aims to facilitate the process of accessing its electronic services and improving them to meet the expectation of the customers and human resources specialists, and thus seeks to make them partners in the decisions taken regarding the site and services.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will take into account the visions and feedbacks of the employees and the customers in developing its website and electronic services.

Result:

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire for the development of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources Website, the suggestions and remarks of the participants were taken, which would help in developing the site in terms of features and content, as well as setting up a marketing mechanism and raising the level of awareness of the site and the services provided through it. The results were also identified and approximately 25 suggestions and observations were received, which were taken into consideration, and then built upon in developing corrective and developmental measures in line with the needs and aspirations of customers.
