Subject: Student Satisfaction on Academic & Other Support Services - Spring 2022

Goal/PurposeThis biannual survey is designed to get Students' feedback on various services offered to support their education journey, such as; Registration, Student Careers, Counseling, SAS (Student Accessibility Services), PALs (Peer Assistance Leaders), Business Center, IT Help Desk, Health & Wellness Center, Gym & Sports Facilities and Catering Services.

Outcomes: The e-questionnaire was sent to all students enrolled in Spring 2022. As a result, over 76% of survey respondents have selected "Very satisfies" or "Satisfied" on the the overall question related to academic services. Over 77% of survey respondents have selected "Very satisfies" or "Satisfied" on the the overall question related to non-academic services.

Based on students opinions and suggestions, services owners came up with action plans to enhance strengths and develop opportunities for improvement.
