FAHR: Stimulating participation in "Estiqtab" Platform

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a Smart Recruitment Platform in the Federal Government, "Estiqtab", which is an advanced smart recruitment platform, enhanced with the characteristics of Artificial Intelligence, working to match the vacancies in the Federal Government, with the CVs of job seekers loaded in the system.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to motivate Federal Government employees to participate effectively within the "Estiqtab" platform to achieve the maximum benefit from the available vacancies and to attract the best talents to the federal government.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will set a brainstorming session with its employees to measures their satisfaction with the platform, to enhance the strengths, and put corrective measures for any gaps, thereby increasing their level of satisfaction and happiness with the project.

Session Outcomes:

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources launched "Estiqtab" Platform, which is an Artificial Intelligence enhanced Recruitment System that supports matching vacancies with job seekers, by learning from databases of millions of records learning algorithms. The "Estiqtab" initiative team held a brainstorming session with relevant partners to prepare a development plan for the platform for the year 2024.

The Authority seeks to understand the views of the platform users, including federal government employees, and their development proposals regarding the platform, and to measure their level of satisfaction with the initiative to develop the initiative and improve the platform in form and content.

Action:

The partners' suggestions and views were taken into account, which would help develop the platform, as well as develop a marketing mechanism and raise awareness of the initiative.
