FAHR is continuously working on
developing its strategic initiatives. The Authority invites employees to share
their views on the services provided within the government portal for knowledge
(Ma'aref) that serves federal government employees in the areas of training and
development and strengthening partnership with the private sector.
FAHR seeks to obtain the views of
its customers by launching a questionnaire to raise the efficiency of federal
government employees and enhance the attractiveness of the work environment.
Decision-Making:
The Authority will stand on the
customers' views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates, commensurate
with their needs.
After analyzing the results of the Questionnaire to Measure the Level of Public Satisfaction with the deliverables of the Ma'arif Initiative 2022, the participants' suggestions and views were taken into consideration, which would help develop and improve the initiative, as well as develop a marketing mechanism and raise awareness of the programs provided. The results were also identified and approximately 35 suggestions and observations were received, which were taken into consideration, and then built upon in setting corrective measures in line with the needs and aspirations of customers.
